George Allen
Co-owner, SLR Roofing Systems

Mr. Allen is president of SLR Roofing Systems, which he owns with partner, Rondi Perry. George joined SLR in 2000 with an extensive background in business management including 28 years in executive management with Tandycrafts, Inc. Prior to joining SLR, George was president of Sav-On Office Supplies, a 41 store national retail chain headquartered in Fort Worth Texas.



Rondi Perry
Co-owner, SLR Roofing Systems

Mr. Perry has been in the roofing industry since 1971 and joined SLR Roofing Systems in 1991.  Mr. Perry has extensive experience in all types of commercial and industrial roofing.  He uses his experience by overseeing the sales, estimating, and project management aspects of the company, assisting the SLR team in assuring that SLR clients get the highest quality product available in the industry.  He has been active in various industry organizations including serving on committees for the National Roofing Contractors Association and is a past President of the North Texas Roofing Contractors Association.  Rondi has been involved in a number of award winning SLR projects.  He is a lifelong North Texas residence and currently resides in Weatherford with his wife Amy.
